The Saskatchewan Indian Cultural College (SICC) Audio-Visual Department has launched a second recording featuring the Kehewin Singers from Alberta.

This group of Powwow and Round-dance singers are well known throughout Canada and the United States powwow trails. Their specialty is Round-dance songs.

The release of the Red Bull Singers under the SICC label sparked enough interest by the public to warrant the release of another recording.

The Kehewin Singers visited SICC on November 23 to record their own unique style of song and dance. This cassette should be ready for release by December 31.

This presentation is a new program that is being undertaken by the SICC Audio-Visual Department.
