Greg Garvey, Associate Professor, Chair of Concordia's Design Art Department and Co-ordinator of its Digital Image/Sound and the Fine Arts Programme. Greg is project co-director, in charge of technical guidance. Defender of small captions everywhere, n.d.

 

 

Leah Sherman, authority on Anne Savage, curator of Anne Savage Archives, and primary content provider. Her knowledge about the life and work of Anne was indispensable. Leah's optimism and joyful spirit was more than welcomed by the team. Her energy and enthusiasm which surfaced in group meetings gladly transmitted itself to our team and our work.

Tyler Gibney, design. Currently finishing his B.F.A. at Concordia, and starting his own design company called Heavyweight production house.

Fred Oliver, team leader, HTML coding, scanning, graphic and web design. Fred's eclectic background was a fantastic asset to the team. After studying philosophy at McGill university Fred is now majoring in Digital Imaging and Sound at Concordia University. Fred's skills range from professional experience as a commercial photographer to a more than thorough knowledge of computers. Resourceful, dependable and knowledgeable, Fred was indispensable to the project.

 

 

Amber Isis Sansom, head designer, HTML coding, graphic and web design. Amber recently completed her B.F.A., majoring in Design Art at Concordia University. Amber is never bored; she enjoys combining her love of traditional art making practices with a keen interest in technological methods of communication. Recently Amber has been challenged by developing a number of art education projects and adapting them to new technologies. The team would have been lost without Amber's dedication and resolve, it was hard to tear her away!

Nathalie Senécal, research, content and miscellaneous tasks. A graduate student in Art History at Concordia University, Nathalie has a peculiar affection for industrial and vernacular architecture, particularly grain elevators. She is a content and design veteran of four web site projects.

El Nasser Imam-Amin (scanning, Photoshop and general helpfulness) is a Dawson College student. "This was great educational experience. I hope I can work on another project like this soon."

 

Michael Imam-Amin (data input, scanning, Photoshop, Resources) was a Dawson student during the project. By the time you read this page he expects to be attending Concordia. "The WEB is an integral part of today`s media world. My goal is to become versatile and understand all forms of media."

Chantal Saylor, research, content and liaison for the Anne Savage Archives. A graduate student in Art Education at Concordia University, Chantal has interests in multicultural art education and women's issues. She is also interested in computers and design education. Working on the content pages proved to be an enjoyable challenge; using technology and design to illustrate the ongoing legacy from Anne Savage's active and profound life. She enjoyed getting lost in the abundance and richness of the material in the archives.
