Bell Street:

Named after "Ranger Bell", a popular foreman of the City Parks Department for over 23 years. In the winter months he worked in the city's park skating rinks. In 1927 Mr. Bell organized the Regina Parks Hockey League and inspired many young Regina boys to pursue fame in the major hockey leagues.
