Dorsey Place:

Elsie Dorsey was a Regina Art Educator who studied at the University of Chicago and the Ontario College of Art. In 1922 she came to Connaught School in Regina, Saskatchewan to teach art. She became the supervisor of art for the public school system and developed a comprehensive art program for Regina schools.
