Hatton Crescent:

Is named after Thomas Hatton, the owner of Hatton’s Music Store in Regina, Saskatchewan. Hatton was one of Regina’s best known musicians until his death in 1964.

Thomas Hatton taught music in the communities of Regina and Balcarres, Saskatchewan before opening a music store with his partner in 1937. The store became a family business when his son, Don Hatton joined his father in the business. Thomas Hatton served as the President of the Regina Orchestral Society, Regina and Saskatchewan Music Festivals and the Regina Overture Concerts.
