Lancaster Place:

Lancaster Place is named after Ron Lancaster who during his 19 year football career set 30 Canadian Football League records and was named outstanding player in Canada on two separate occasions. Lancaster lead the Saskatchewan Roughriders from 1963 to 1978. During his time in Regina the Saskatchewan Roughriders made the playoffs in all but two of the years he was with the team. Ron Lancaster played in the Grey Cup four times, bringing the Grey Cup home to Regina in 1966. Ron eventually retired from the players list and went on to become the Saskatchewan Roughrider's Head Coach from 1978 to 1980.

Ron Lancaster was named to the Saskatchewan Sports Hall of Fame in 1981 and the Canadian Sports Hall of Fame in 1985.
