Rutley Street:

Is named after James Rutley, who prior to his death was a long time Regina resident. Rutley was President of the Rutley Lumber Company. For many years he was the treasurer of the Saskatchewan Conservative Association and he was also an active member of the Knox-Metropolitan United Church.
