Tibbitts Road:

Stacey Daniel (Stack) Tibbitts was the driving force behind the Saskatchewan Roughriders and the junior athletic team movement in Regina, Saskatchewan.

Stacey Tibbitts joined the Saskatchewan Roughriders Executive in 1945 and he was elected President of the Association in 1949. In 1946 Mr. Tibbitts was also on the original Executive of the Regina Pats Junior Hockey Club.
