The
beauty of Canada has always inspired Jennifer Callum. It is in her
nature to seek out what she has not yet witnessed - to roam where
she has not yet gone. Over the years she has combed the rugged shores
of New Brunswick, the craggy cliffs of Newfoundland, the smooth
clean beaches of Notawasaga Bay on Lake Huron, the powerful terrain
of the majestic Rocky Mountains. The intense colours of Prince Edward
Island that inspired the haunting tales of Lucy Maude Montgomery
and the golden expanses of the prairies. She has traveled far and
wide across the big blue planet, and yet she always has found herself
drawn home again, to Canada, where she belongs: "Canada is
simply awesome".
Her works are included in private collections across Canada.
