1994 Retail Debt Strategy - Additional information

RELEASE
The Prime Minister’s Office is releasing today a complete version of a document
regarding the 1994 Retail Debt Strategy, dated May 30, 1994. Peter Mackay, Member of Parliament for Pictou-Antigonish-Guysborough, today tabled only a portion of this document in the House of Commons which fails to include the fact that Mr. Martin’s former chief of staff requested that there be an open competition. In the interest of fairness, accuracy and respect for the House of Commons and Parliament, the Government of Canada will table a full version of the document. Document attached.
