10:15 - Prime Minister Paul Martin participates in the signing of a bi-lateral agreement between Canada and Ontario to assist people with disabilities.
The Prime Minister will be joined by the Premier of Ontario, the Honourable Dalton McGuinty, Minister of Social Development, the Honourable Liza Frulla and Ontario’s Minister of Community and Social Services, the Honourable Sandra Pupatello.
