[177] Browes was assigned by Order in Council P.C. 1993-3 of 4 Jan. 1993, a Minister of State to assist the Minister of Employment and Immigration in the carrying out of his responsibilities. She was given the title "Minister of State (Employment and Immigration).

[178] Vincent was assigned by Order in Council P.C. 1993-4 of 4 Jan. 1993, a Minister of State to assist the Minister of Indian Affairs and Northern Development in carrying out his responsibilities.
