Criminal Investigations
The Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) operates a criminal investigations program to deal with offences against laws enforced by the CBSA. CBSA investigators conduct criminal investigations into suspected cases of evasion or fraud with respect to various pieces of border legislation that regulate the importation and exportation of goods, or the admissibility of persons to Canada. CBSA investigators play a key role in protecting the safety and security of Canadians across the country.
