| On November 28, 1985, many editorial cartoons were published in Canadian and American newspapers to raise public awareness of the famine in Africa, particularly in Ethiopia. Many Canadian cartoonists participated and 33 of their works are held in the African Famine Relief Fonds at the National Archives. Fifteen years later, their messages remain relevant. C-147535 |
