Submission:
Open containment is dangerous to our wild salmon and is a serious threat to the West Coast. The move should be made to closed containment to prevent the spread of disease and lice to the wild B.C. salmon. Let's not see the fish disappear as we did on the East Coast, causing disaster to the local economy.
