Summary:
The commission must try to understand the experiences of commercial fishers, whose access to income, retirement options and asset values are totally controlled by DFO, and who are treated as racist criminals when they attempt to stage protest fisheries. The commission must determine an appropriate definition of 'socio-economic'.

I would like to impart words of wisdom to help you identify the CORE issues.
Consider this and any other attempt I may make: as a proposition I will use to present what it IS LIKE TO Live your life,
with dfo controlling EVERY ASPECT OF YOUR;
BUSINESS/INCOME, ASSET VALUE, ALLOCATION, CAC vs TAC, ETC !
I make this effort, though I am hoping against all odds, many or anyone can gain insight from my presentations.
HOW CAN ANYONE ELSE gain an understanding of what it is like to have dfo control every aspect of your life ?
They have TOTAL Control of MY : access to income, retirement options, asset value's, I am treated as ;
Untruthful/untrustworthy, condemned as; rapacious, racist, criminals . (PROTEST FISHERIES)
Each must judge for themselves, if they have any value.
If they impart Wisdom, Better yet !
What is the definition of Socio-economic ?
Standard, and dfo redefined definition?
