Summary:
The commission should obtain disease information for wild salmonid hatcheries. Each year, over six billion salmon are released by hatcheries. These fish may contain diseases that affect wild salmon runs.

Submission:
Wild salmonid hatchery disease information should be released to the Commission. Each year, hundreds of hatcheries release over 6 billion salmon into the Pacific Northwest. Many released salmon may be hosts of disease that may or may not affect other runs of wild salmon.

If we do not have that information, then that lingering question may never be answered.
