Summary:
Open pen fish farms are profit driven and irresponsible.

Submission:
Salmon are not a resource, they are an inheritance which we must treat wisely. Such profit-driven mechanisms as open-pen fish farms are short-sighted and irresponsible. Surely protecting this valuable ecological phenomena is worth sacrificing a few contracts. I hope that the Cohen Commission will rule in favour of people, and not short-term profit.
