If salmon farming was done only in closed containers, the sea lice problem would end.

Submission:
Why hasn't the Department of fisheries done an independent scientific trial on closed container salmon farming?

If farming of salmon on the pacific coast was done only in closed containers,it is my opinion that the sea lice problem would end.
