There is cause for charges of conspiracy in the organization that is supposed to protect all fish.

Submission:
with the recent release of DFO's own research data, I am beginning to believe there is cause for charges of conspiracy within the very organisation that is there to protect ALL fish, not just farm fish!
We, the people, are paying their salaries!
