It is vitally important that all Canadians have equal opportunity to be present at the these special upcoming hearings on salmon ISA in B.C. Even if they cannot be physically present, they have a democratic right to observe the proceedings. Therefore I urge you to take the opportunity of providing a video streaming service from the proceedings. I understand third parties can do this at little of no cost. Even if there was a cost it would be travesty of justice to exclude a huge range of stakeholders in this process. To disbar these stakeholders when there is no tangible reason to do so would be unforgivable. |
