Dear Commissioner Cohen,
One factor which has increased uncertainty and increased political temperatures has been the secrecy surrounding data on rates of infection, sea lice, etc on salmon farms. There is no sound justification for keeping such data secret. The issues are difficult enough, without having the facts systematically obscured.
