The hearings on ISAv should be live streamed.

Submission:
I'd just like you to put yourself in the minds of your citizens and even in your southern neighbors. What do closed hearing make them think? What does prohibiting live streaming make them think? Why have native North Americans been complaining about feeling shut out by those that govern them? The history of the Cohen Commission and allowing the foreign fish farms to determine their own rules like a separate nation within Canada can be nothing BUT suspect.
