Submission:
I was born 75 years ago in Victoria, BC. In those days the great salmon runs were taken for granted. Now nothing to do with the oceans and rivers can be taken for granted. This commission has been opened to redress a serious environmental problem. I beg you to embrace transparency and deal with the severe biological problems before you!
