Summary:
The Norwegian experience with fish farms is being repeated in British Columbia. Salmon should not be farmed in open net pens, especially on migration routes.

To reflect what is happening on our coast you only need to look at the Norwegian experience with fish farms. The exact same scenario is playing out here in BC. They should not be in open net pens and especially not on migration routes!
