Summary:
The scale of threats to wild sockeye salmon must be measured. Anyone who harms wild salmon should be held accountable and required to pay a fee towards making a more sustainable future. A thorough investigation into responsible fisheries management is necessary.

Submission:
I have seen graphs on salmon populations but, I would like to see graphs measuring the scale of threats to the wild sockeye salmon. And, I would like to see initiative taken to manage the hazards responsibly. Anything or anyone causing harm to the wild salmon should be held accountable and pay a fees towards making a more sustainable future. A thorough investigation needs to be done on responsible management continuously. People have human rights and salmon have rights as well.
