In regards to funding for Kristi Miller:

Perhaps Kristi could oversee a group of university students to do the testings as part of their respective educations. Maybe a professor out there somewhere might jump at the chance to get his bio classes into the feild for some hands on practicum. I all seriousness though, I find "lack of funding" to be nothing less than a criminalistic dodging of the issue which comnpletely undermines the reason for this commission. There is more than enough money in DFO/Gov to commission testing, lets get it done and thus put a stop to "beating around the bush".
