Summary:
Open pen fish farms are not a good idea.

Submission:
Fish farms are no different from land farms.. these animals eat and defecate. Chickens in a pen do the same. The difference is that .. the ocean is not land.. and there is no way to contain their end products. Who in good stewardship would ever think it is ok.. to do this to the lung of the world. Please stop this insanity. Why does Norway not do this after years of it? Open pen fish farms are just not a good idea.
