Summary:
It is beyond any doubt that net pen fish farms are damaging to wild salmon and also to shellfish under or near to or down current from these fish farms. Fish farming should be confined to closed containment land based fish farms. Wild stocks are too valuable to be put at risk by ocean based net fish farms.
