Summary:
If salmon farming is to continue it must be a land based operation with no outlet to natural water courses.

Submission:
Please understand that I believe the evidence has shown without a doubt that the continuance of a healthy wild salmon population in and around the Gulf Islands and for that matter in any ocean waters is contingent upon the removal of salmon farms from the oceans and inlets. If salmon farming is to continue it must be a land based operation with no outlet to natural water courses. It must be an entirely contained system.
