Summary:
DFO management should be investigated for competence and integrity.

Submission:
It is becoming increasingly clear that there is either duplicity or incredible stupidity or incompetence in the ranks of DFO management staff. I think further investigation is well warranted, in light of recent evidence that has surfaced during this inquiry, into the competence and integrity of senior DFO managers and staff.
