Summary:
The disappearance of salmon stocks may be due to the illegal sale of salmon by First Nations.

Submission:
I find it hard to believe with all the finger pointing about the disapearance of salmon stocks that there is no dialogue about the first nations illegal sale of salmon.
Every year I am offered fish for sale many many times, everyone knows someone who is either selling fish or is able to hook you up with the person that is ,lets be honest here some simple math will bring to light where the problem is.
The first nation fishery is no longer about the food source ,it's about supplementing income .
