Summary:
Dr. Kristi Miller must be allowed to test Atlantic salmon from fish farms.

Submission:
I respectfully demand that Dr. Kristi Miller is allowed to test the Atlantic salmon that are raised on fish farms. We need to know if farmed salmon are spreading the virus that is infecting wild salmon; only then can we ascertain the causes for the 2009 decline of Fraser Sockeye.
