Summary:
It is critical that the commission state that those salmon fishermen have the priority when socio-economic considerations are mandated.

Submission:
For 20 years or more, Fraser River;
Commercial Salmon Fishermen have been used as guinea pigs in experiments used by DFO "Scientists" to test new proposals, WITH ABSOLUTLY NO CONCERN FOR ANY DETRIMENTAL IMPACTS,
-Socio-
-Economic
-costal
- Anything community affected.
The "Stakeholders" as determined by Dfo, ensured consensus!
Now it is CRITICAL, that the commission state that those salmon "fishermen" have THE priority when scio-Economic considerations are mandated!
Any "others" (stakeholders) can state their reasons for greater consideration through attachment to a livelihood dependent upon Catch of surplus sockeye stocks!
I sincerely hope my message has been stated clearly.

Thank you,

Bruce Probert
