The roles of hormonally-active synthetic chemicals on reproduction and development at low level exposure have gained research attention, and should be considered as possible causative agents in the decline of salmon populations. This submission links to reports and studies regarding the synergistic effects of pesticides and other hormonally-active chemicals on the ability of salmon to reproduce and thrive.
