I would appreciate a statement that could clarify some personal confusion I find arising from the past hearings.

If you could please explain in what context the following statements are to be understood.

Fair and Equitable ?

Allocation formula ?

TAC VS CAC ?

ECONOMIC VIABILITY?

ESSR?

AREA, OR COAST WIDE, MANAGEMENT POLICIES ?

COMPLEX TO MANAGE ?

WHY ? ( Who, what, where, when ) ?
