In the following submissions, I will quote relavent passages from letters I have received from Ministers of Fisheries, Provincial Ministers, MPs and MLAs. The first one is this from the Hon. John A Fraser, P.C., Q.C. M.P. Vancouver South dated November 9, 1987, where he states "As someone deeply concerned with the fishing industry, I feel obligated to express to the Government the full extent and substance of your onobjections.'
