Summary:
The commission should investigate thoroughly the seriousness of the situation and come to an honest assessment of the cause of the decline of sockeye salmon in the Fraser River. To ensure that the research and scientific evidence before us is heard, funding for representing parties should be covered by the government.

The scentific method of stock assessment, etc... has been predicated on totally abstract computer models, yet no comparisons can be made. Why?Lack of any scentific control means there is no (yardstick) to compare data and/or it's effectiveness or, lack thereof
