Dear Justice Cohen

I am extremely disappointed you have not agreed to permit the streamlining of the proceedings commencing on Dec.15. Surely in the interests of educating the public, as well as openness and transparency, streamlining is called for. Please set a stellar example of how proceedings such as the one bearing you name are best conducted. It would be a fine legacy.
