Err on the side of caution. Fish farms should await further research to prove they do no harm.

Dear Justice Cohen, Given the importance of wild sockeye
to the economy and annual pleasure of citizens and wildlife
is it not the wise path to err if at all on the side of caution?
I do believe that the fish farms should await further research
to prove they do no harm not for us to prove otherwise.
