Ottawa March 17, 2009 - The Oliphant Commission of Inquiry announced today that it will convene two special Hearings in March to
hear the following two applications filed by Mr. Guy Pratte, counsel for The Right Honourable Brian Mulroney:
1. An application, seeking an adjournment of the commencement of the Inquiry from March 30, 2009 to April 14, 2009.

2. An application seeking clarification of the Commissioner's ruling on standards of conduct.
Request for Clarification and Direction by the Rt. Hon. Brian Mulroney
The application for the adjournment will be held at the Conference Centre, Annex Room at 2 Rideau Street on Friday, March 20, 2009, commencing at 9:30 a.m.
The application for clarification of the standards' ruling will be held at 111 Sussex Drive, Bytown Pavilion, Victoria Hall on Tuesday, March 24, 2009 commencing at 9:30 a.m.
