HEARING FOR STANDING AND FUNDING

Ottawa, October 2nd, 2008 – As previously announced, the Oliphant Commission will be holding a Hearing on Thursday, October 2nd, 2008 to determine who should be granted standing and a recommendation for funding before the Commission of Inquiry.

The Standing Hearing will take place from 9:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the Bytown Pavilion, 111 Sussex Drive, Ottawa, and will be open to the media, and to members of the public.
