Représentations : The B.C. coast is a global biodiversity treasure. However, the potentially devastating, highly infectious ISA virus will have disastrous consequences for ocean, wildlife and community health.
It is now increasingly imperative that the governments of Canada and of British Columbia take immediate action to alter and coordinate their regulations, policies and/or legislation to ensure that salmon farming is both better regulated, and that open-net salmon farming is banned. |
