Abstract |
In this paper, we discuss the evolution of Project Management across three major LMS projects at Royal Roads. Through our lessons learned, we discuss strategies for end-user consultation, stakeholder buy-in, communications, support and training. We will also discuss striking the “just right” balance of using traditional Project Management with more organic methods, and offer suggestions for those embarking on educational technology projects in their own institutions. |
