Editorial
This, our first issue of 2002, finds us in the envious position of having Andrew Stables and William (Bill) Scott as guest editors. Through discussions arising from their relationship with Professor Chet Bowers, we came upon the idea of publishing the papers that would be presented at an environmental education symposium to be held at Bath in the fall of 2002. With that symposium now completed, we are happy to have the papers presented here in the Trumpeter. We are grateful for the contributions and efforts by both authors of this special education issue and wish to express, in particular, deep appreciation for the efforts of both Andrew Stable and William Scott for their efforts in organizing the symposium and in editing this issue.
