Full Conference Registration fees:
Early Bird (by April 15th) = $255 Cdn + 5% GST
After April 15th = $300 Cdn + 5% GST
Single Day Registration fees:
$120 Cdn + 5% GST
Registration closes May 16th.
NOTE: the registration form requests that you indicate which regular sessions you plan to attend. This is intended to provide organizers with approximate numbers for each session – you are NOT required to stick to these choices! However, for hands-on workshop sessions you do need to reserve a spot (and stick to it) because space is limited.

Cancellations & Refunds: Refunds for registration fees paid, less a fee of $50, will be issued for cancellations made on or before May 16th. If you wish to cancel your registration after May 16th no refund will be issued, however another individual from your institution may take your place at the conference at no additional cost.
