The CBSA's Web site – Enhanced Navigation Features

The CBSA wants to ensure that the right people can access the right information in a user-friendly and timely manner. To this end, we will be launching some new navigation features on our Web site on April 6, 2009. The main changes will be a reorganized left-hand navigation bar and upfront information portals that provide clear access points to specific information.

The CBSA recognizes the importance of providing easily accessible information. With this in mind, the left-hand navigation bar has been enhanced to reflect a clearer picture of our audiences: Canadians and residents, commercial clients, non-Canadians and non-residents, and the media.

These audiences will now be able to select a single point of access to their many topics of interest. These portals will highlight new important information and other government resources.

The CBSA is committed to providing accurate, timely and easily accessible information to Internet users.
