Legislation, regulations, policies, and procedures the CBSA uses to administer customs programs.

Customs Notices
Issued to inform clients about proposed changes to customs programs and procedures. They are not intended as an ongoing reference.

Customs Tariff
International standards and specific Canadian codes that regulate the movement of goods.

Forms
A comprehensive list of all forms by number. Forms are printed or typed documents with blank spaces for inserting required information.

Guides and Brochures
A comprehensive list of all publications by number. Publications provide information on a topic and/or instructions for filling out forms.
