Immigration and Refugee Protection Act And Regulations

Pursuant to subsection 9(1) of the Canada Border Services Agency Act ¹,  I hereby amend the Delegation and Designation Instrument for the powers duties and functions that I am authorized to perform under the Immigration and Refugee Protection² Act made on June 9, 2006 in accordance with the attached Schedule.

1. Column 4 of Item 150 of the Canada Border Services Delegations and Designations for the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act and Regulations is amended by adding immediately after the expression “CBSA”, the following:
