Minister Day and Minister Fortier to make an announcement on port security at marine ports
Montréal, Quebec, May 4, 2007 - The Honourable Stockwell Day, Minister of Public Safety, and the Honourable Michael M Fortier, Minister of Public Works and Government Services and the Minister Responsible for Montréal, will make an announcement on Monday regarding security at Canada's marine ports. A demonstration and a technical briefing by senior officials of the Canada Border Services Agency will follow the announcement.
